EHA Clinics provides quality, comprehensive and fully integrated healthcare services from a medical team that cares. We are not your ordinary clinic and we’ve created a membership-based healthcare practice truly designed around your needs.

What is a Healthcare Membership?

An EHA Clinics Healthcare Membership is a new way to get high quality, comprehensive healthcare from a medical team who cares, all for a low, flat annual fee. A Healthcare Membership is a model that puts clients, or members, at the center of care. With affordable annual fees, all members receive personal, 24/7 access to their medical team.

What services do you get with a membership?

Comprehensive care

We offer high-quality care to kids, adults, and senior patients. This includes chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc), mental health, urgent care, acute disease management, wellness and annual physicals.

Connect to care 24/7

Connect to on-demand care over phone, email, text anytime. Message our care team, renew prescriptions and book appointments. Need a visit? We can usually get you a next-day appointment, for no extra charge.

Extended time with the doctor

Appointments are typically 30 minutes, but can go as long as 60. Whatever it takes to get you taken care of. Good healthcare takes time.

Medical emergency evacuation

Our Premium International package provides you the ground and air ambulance evacuation services in case of a health emergency.

Coordination with specialists

If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, we will help you find specialist that meets our standards work closely with them. We can even connect to international specialist through our telemedicine system.

Integrated care

We have pharmacy, lab, dental, optometry and many other services at each location. You will not have to travel around to get the service you need. Minor procedures are done in-house so no need to visit a hospital to have wounds dressed, suturing, and even observation and monitoring in one of our patient beds.

Home care

Almost everything we provide in our facilities we can deliver directly to your home by a skilled home care nurse. We can run basic lab tests, provide medications, and dress wounds. We can also provide IV drugs and vital monitoring so that you can be with your family while receiving world-class care.

Ambulance Service

With our Premium packages, you can benefit from the use of our highly-equipped ambulance service within the city’s metropolis for free, and inter-state at a discounted cost.

EHA CLINICS HEALTHCARE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This EHA Clinics Ltd (“EHAC”) Direct Healthcare Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) specifies the terms and conditions under which you (the “Member”) and your spouse or dependents included in the Agreement will participate in the benefits available under the Agreement.

1. MEMBERSHIP

The member is eligible to receive certain medical services described in Covered Services and are subject to certain conditions and limitations. Membership in EHAC’s Direct Healthcare Membership includes only the Covered Services specifically described and EHAC may add or discontinue Covered Services at any time. At least sixty (60) days’ advance written notice upon any change to the Covered Services.

The term of this Agreement is for one year beginning on the date of your first membership payment. The Agreement shall automatically renew for successive yearly periods unless either party cancels the Agreement.

2. MEMBERSHIP FEES

A client will pay an annual membership fee (“Membership Fee”) in line with the membership category selected. Services required that are not included in the Membership Fee will be paid at the time of service. In the event that the Client is unable to pay the annual Membership Fee in full and on time, EHAC may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Membership Agreement. EHAC may amend the Membership Fee Schedule at any time, as it may determine in its sole discretion, upon providing its Member at least sixty (60) days’ advance written notice.

3. OTHER FEES

The Client will be responsible for any charges incurred for health care services performed by non-EHAC medical providers including, but not limited to antenatal care during pregnancy and child delivery, wellness program, physiotherapy, emergency room visits, hospital and specialist care, and imaging and lab tests performed by third parties. The Member shall also be responsible for any charges incurred for health care services provided by the EHAC but not specifically included in its membership package.

4. INSURANCE

This Agreement is NOT A HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY, and does not cover services or care given at any other facility than the participating clinics. This Agreement does not include any major catastrophic medical care provided by emergency rooms, hospitals, urgent care centers, services rendered by specialists or specialty clinics, or other entities not outlined specifically as a participating clinic. The Member further understands certain healthcare providers working at the participating clinics to provide specialty services may not be included as part of the Covered Services even if delivered within the participating clinic.

EHAC strongly encourages the Member to maintain health insurance during the term of this Membership Agreement to cover services that are not provided under this Membership Agreement. Patient should purchase health insurance to cover, at a minimum unpredictable and catastrophic expenses.

INSURANCE CLAIMS

Member acknowledges that the EHAC participates only with selected in private health care plans. Patient acknowledges that EHAC may not bill insurance providers on the Members behalf for services provided. Where EHAC does bill insurance providers on the Members behalf, the Member acknowledges they will be responsible to cover any remaining balance of fees not paid by the insurance provider.

5. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

The Member may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, upon providing advance written notice to EHAC. Such termination shall be effective on the last day of the Agreement coverage period. EHAC may terminate this Agreement upon providing the client advance written notice. Termination will be effective starting one month after the notification.

6. GENERAL COVERED SERVICES

The available covered services vary by membership type and any specific additional service agreements between the Member (or their employer) and EHAC.
